We made our way back to the hotel rooms and had even more drinks on the veranda in the night heat. From our balcony we could see all kinds of things going on in the streets below. Groups of guys singing as they made their way off to nightclubs, couples walking hand in hand or kissing in darkened street corners, shops closing up for the night.
Then things really got heated. The discussion of swapping wives came up yet again. Rita was sitting on my knee at the time and I even had my hand on her thigh - right there in front of my buddy Ian! All I could think about was whether or not she had any panties on under that tiny dress. "So do you want to?" It sounded so final.
