It's not like in the movies when the husband arrives home, calls 'honey I'm home' and goes upstairs to find the milkman hidden in the cupboard. There were no clothes lying around on the floor, no signs that there was anyone else there. It was just a strange atmosphere. Something seemed strange but I didn't know what it was.
I looked around the lower floor but couldn't see Mary anywhere. The cat was lazing around as usual, but I couldn't see my wife anywhere. And of course I made my way upstairs. About halfway up I started to hear noises. It sounds weird, but at first I thought it sounded like someone having a bad dream, tossing and turning and breathing heavily. It was about then my gray matter twigged what was happening. I could hear kisses and panting and the penny finally dropped. How do you feel when something like that happens? How would you feel? I was totally shocked. But something mad me want to actually see with my own eyes. So I crept up the stairs right to the top. I should say that the bedroom in the house we had then had mirrors on the door - so I didn't have to actually go to the door to see what was happening. It was reflected in the glass. I could see my wife and someone else there on the bed in front of me. They were both naked and this guy was really big. He was hairy too. I always remember thinking he looked like a bear or something. |
